The 100 hours of Hatha Yoga Teacher Training program for yoga students is a combination of yogic postures and concerned theories for at least 8 hours daily practice and learning with the disciplines of Yoga. It is considered highly that your learning and practicing atmosphere remains light and soothing by any possible mean. During the course, you are served with balanced pure vegetarian meals according to the Ayurvedic diet plan. The daily schedule begins at 6:00 AM and calls off by 9:00 PM. We recommend you to sleep and wake up on time to keep you in harmony of daily Yogic practices
