Drop in classes are the best way to learn and utilizing your free time when you want to improve through learning other than the regular yoga courses.
Yog Amritam arranges such classes for one & half hour duration on following basis:
1- Daily classes of Yoga Asanas (Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Flow and combination of all three for two hours)
2- Pranayama
3- Yogic Anatomy & Philosophy
4- Chanting & Meditation
* There is no need to register, just arrive before 10 to 20 minutes. Drop in fee is 250 per class.
